Atlantic American Opportunities Fund IV raised $39,500,000 from 79 EB-5 investors, creating a diversified portfolio of four assets, including a multifamily residential rental apartment community, a mixed-use multifamily residential rental apartment community, and two hotels on Orlando’s famous International Drive.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld
Opportunities Fund IV made an $8,000,000 investment in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, a 180 room extended stay hotel located on Orlando’s famous International Drive across the street from SeaWorld Orlando.
The Project is located directly across the street from SeaWorld Orlando (one of the area’s biggest tourist attractions), directly adjacent to SeaWorld’s Aquatica waterpark and across the street from SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove, where guests can swim and interact with dolphins. The Project is also within close proximity to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Orlando’s outlet shopping malls and everything that International Drive has to offer.
Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld
Opportunities Fund IV made a $8,000,000 investment in the Marriott TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, a 188 room extended stay hotel located on Orlando’s famous International Drive across the street from SeaWorld Orlando.
The Project is located directly across the street from SeaWorld Orlando (one of the area’s biggest tourist attractions), directly adjacent to SeaWorld’s Aquatica waterpark and across the street from SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove, where guests can swim and interact with dolphins. 500 Ocean
Opportunities Fund IV made a $13,000,000 investment in 500 Ocean, a mixed-use property located in Boynton Beach, Florida.
500 Ocean offers 341 multifamily residential rental apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail/office space and a secure, integrated parking garage
The Project is centrally positioned among everything Boynton Beach has to offer. Numerous local and regional employers, shopping centers, schools, state parks, and golf courses are all located within 2.5 miles of the Project’s site. In addition, the site benefits from direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, via Ocean Avenue, which are both within ¾ of a mile from the site.
